A non-profit built around one idea: amplification.

Voice of Change is a non-profit organisation that uses the platform of the Miss & Mrs Baltics pageant to lift up causes that matter across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We pair each finalist with a partner NGO, give the collaboration a story and a film, and let the Baltic audience decide which cause to fund through the Voice of Change Award.

Founder

Brigitta Schaback

Brigitta is the founder of Voice of Change and Miss & Mrs Baltics. As Miss Estonia 2025 and an international advocate, she built Voice of Change to turn the visibility of the pageant into something tangible — a programme that puts a microphone in front of NGOs across the Baltics and channels public attention into real support for their work.

Season One

Where it began.

2025 was the inaugural season of the Voice of Change Award. Anna-Martina Helme became the first laureate, championing MTÜ Naiste Varjupaikade Liit — Estonia’s national network of women’s shelters. The season was shaped in collaboration with Christian Veske, whose work in gender equality and violence prevention helped set the tone for what Voice of Change could be.

Season Two

2026.

The 2026 finalists and their partner NGOs will be announced on 10 June 2026. The season culminates at the Miss & Mrs Baltics Charity Grand Final Show on 11 July 2026 at Salme Cultural Centre in Tallinn.
